Megan Fox will make at least $2m |

Megan Fox will make at least $2m for fronting Emporio Armani’s underwear ads, according to a new report.
The 23-year-old Transformers star has signed on to replace Victoria Beckham as face of the new Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans campaigns, it was confirmed Wednesday.
And insiders say Fox will be paid handsomely for her efforts.
“Megan’s publicity team, managers and agents approached Armani several times over the years to build the relationship,” a source told the AP. “She wore Armani outfits at red carpet events and met designer Giorgio Armani at an Armani Prive fashion show in Paris this year.”
“Most endorsement deals pay celebrities from $500,000 to $2 million for an ad campaign that runs a year, and Fox will make toward the high end of the range,” added the insider.
Although overall advertising spending is down, brands continue to pay for endorsement deals with celebrities.
“There’s a lot of interest in celebrity spokespeople,” said Carol Goll, head of global branded entertainment for International Creative Management, one of Hollywood’s largest talent agencies. “We haven’t seen a decline in that.”
Fox’s Armani ads — which were photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in Los Angeles this past weekend — will begin running worldwide in January. She will appear in print ads as well as billboards, WWD reported.
Beckham — who decided not to renew her contract — stripped down to her skivvies this past year alongside her soccer star husband David Beckham.
David has also been replaced as the face of Emporio Armani’s men’s line by Portuguese player Cristiano Ronaldo.
